Designation : Team Lead - Opeartions


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Should have experience in Capital Market /Finance Domain.
  • Should have team handling experience (8 to 12 Team Members)
  • To lead, develop, motivate and inspire team and individuals to maximise performance.
  • Responsible for the identification and performance management of individual under performance within appropriate timescales.
