Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should have experience in Capital Market /Finance Domain.
- Should have team handling experience (8 to 12 Team Members)
- To lead, develop, motivate and inspire team and individuals to maximise performance.
- Responsible for the identification and performance management of individual under performance within appropriate timescales.
