The 2018 India Innovation Awards by Skillsoft during the Sillsoft Perspectives 2018 event happened in Mumbai on 17th of May 2018, recognised Equiniti India as “Program of the Year” for its impeccable L&D program including Digital Academy and the whole range of other initiatives aligning to the role based learning strategy that was developed and implemented with measurable impact on employees and the organization itself.

Not only the award but also, the L&D success story was one among the top 3 in India. The L&D success story was highly appreciated by many when it was presented in the event.

Quite a few case studies have also been published in People Matters, Skillsoft, etc. The achievement and accolades are definitely an “icing on the cake” moment for EQI. 

The 18 months of L&D journey with unique strategy has been accepted by many experts across the country as a “repeatable model” for any organisation to embrace the digital learning culture and to make learning interesting in their organisation.
