The program was a blended learning model covering awareness sessions through expert talks , videos, gamification elements, group based activities , quiz (Crorepati themed) and role plays to cultivate & nurture core skills like Strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, listening skills, talent development, people management, team building, understanding the power of recognition & motivation, diversity and inclusion, etc. The program also acted as an eye opener for the audience to clearly understand about the roles and responsibilities of a line manager of EQI. The whole event was brilliantly planned & executed by the L&D team, headed by Manikandan PK, under clear supervision & guidance of the Managing Director of Equiniti India, Sam Halford. The program’s feedback was very encouraging along with clear outcome & impact.
